The Maracana Relax Centre is located on the outskirts of Ilirska Bistrica, next to the Trnovo Sports Stadium. This is where the link to sport and a healthy body comes from, as the mission of the Maracana staff is to pamper your body, mind and spirit and raise awareness for healthy living through a healthy lifestyle.

Under the same roof you can visit the SAUNA, FITNESS, MASSAGE and SOLARIUM facilities, and the FIT BAR, with a partially covered sun terrace, where you can relax on comfortable sun loungers after a sauna or a workout in the fitness centre, and recharge your batteries with freshly prepared protein shakes and great coffee and other refreshing drinks after a sauna or a workout in the fitness centre.

WORLD OF SAUNA - When you visit the World of Saunas, you will enjoy the soothing effects of four types of sauna: Finnish (dry), infra-red, bio-herbal and Turkish (steam). You will feel the healing and relaxing power of the water in the experience shower with chromotherapy (light therapy) and in the kneading pool. You can relax in the large relaxation room or in the various quiet corners with comfortable loungers and special light effects.

VIP SAUNA WITH JACUZZI - The VIP Sauna Day Lease provides 120 minutes of pampering in complete intimacy, in a relaxing atmosphere, with the sauna of your choice (Finnish, infra-red or bio-herbal sauna). The comfort will be enhanced by a Jacuzzi and a pleasant relaxation area with a large lounger and two smaller relaxation corners. Awakening the senses, relaxing the body and mind after a busy day, gentle pleasures for two, romantic pampering... the VIP Sauna offers all this, as it is suitable for individuals, couples or small groups (up to 4 people).

The FITNES consists of a gym area for small group workouts and two larger areas with weights and other fitness equipment. In the exercise room you can use a punching bag, elastic bands, a climbing bar, mats and exercise balls. In addition to a one-day visit, Fitness Studio M provides you with an informative check-up of the equipment and how to do the exercises correctly on your first visit, group or individual elastic exercises and personal training with a menu tailored specifically for you.

MASSAGES - a trained masseuse and therapist will take care of your overworked body with therapeutic massages and stretches, manual lymphatic drainage, ultrasound therapy or quantum psychotherapy (mind cleansing).

SOLARIUM is a freestanding one, which can be visited without prior reservation. The solarium area offers adequate privacy and the possibility to use the shower.

FIT BAR MARACANA is a daytime bar offering excellent coffee and a variety of hot drinks and refreshments. It also has its own unique range of fitness products (freshly prepared protein shakes, protein chocolates and other snacks) and great coffee. Served in a beautiful modern indoor setting or on the large sun terrace, where you can also enjoy your drinks on the sun loungers. The terrace is right next to the Trnovo Sports Stadium, where football matches are played on weekends during the season, so you can enjoy a variety of snacks and "to go" drinks in our Fit Bar.
