In a beautiful house beneath Mount Snežnik in the Primorska region, Karmen, Sonja and Andrej have brought together their passions in a unique culinary and creative experience. Karmen shares her love of making homemade pasta with everyone who seeks authentic flavours and traditionally prepared dishes. Sonja is passionate about flowers and creates beautiful floral arrangements under the name Cvetlične gospodične, while Andrej, together with his bees, conjures up the sweetest flavours and the most fascinating stories. The experience includes a workshop on making homemade pasta, prepared in the traditional way our grandmothers used to make it, but with the addition of flowers, making it even more interesting and delicious, followed by a tasting of homemade honey products.
While guests discover the history of the house – Belakapa – they also learn about the remarkable natural and cultural diversity of the local area, which provides an invaluable foundation for this shared experience, as well as the rich traditions of beekeeping and pasta making.

The first Carniolan pasta factory, PeKaTeTe, was actually established in Ilirska Bistrica as early as 1899.
The highlight of the experience is a lunch or dinner served at a shared table, featuring the pasta we have prepared ourselves, accompanied by a glass of wine. Even the dessert is made from our homemade pasta – sweet pasta.
The meal is enriched with stories and anecdotes from the local area, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere around the table. We have brought together three passions and created an experience that is a blend of tradition, innovation and authenticity. Participants learn new skills, discover local flavours and get to know the fascinating stories and heritage of our region.

The event is intended for private groups of 6 to 10 participants and lasts just over 3 hours. It is ideal for companies looking to offer their employees an authentic experience, combining culinary enjoyment with connection, team bonding and collaboration.

The price per person is €84.00.

In an extended version, it can also be offered to groups of up to 24 participants.

The experience can also be adapted to smaller or larger groups according to the client’s wishes, with the content and pricing adjusted accordingly. It is also suitable for private groups celebrating special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, hen parties, or simply for those looking for a different kind of social gathering.
