Sviščaki Snežnik trail
The Sviščaki-Snežnik trail is a classic Alpine trail, about 5.3 kilometres long, with about 605 metres of ascent and 60 metres of descent. It starts in the mountain village of Sviščaki and climbs steadily through forests and open alpine countryside towards the summit of Snežnik (1,796 m), offering hikers exceptional views stretching as far as Kvarner Bay, the Julian Alps and the forests of the Dinaric Mountains.
