Bear watching

The starting point is at Mašun Guesthouse. From there, it is approximately a 5-minute drive followed by a 2-minute walk slightly uphill to the enclosed observation hide.
Guests are introduced to the characteristics and behaviour of the brown bear, as well as other wildlife found in our area. The observation takes place in silence. The observation hide is left before darkness falls.

BASIC INFORMATION

Location: Mašun.

Minimum and maximum number of participants: 1 to 8 people.

Implementation: The observation season runs from 1. 5. - 31. 8. starting at around 5:00 p.m.. The observation ends before dark.

Suitable for: individuals and families with children over 10 years of age.

Equipment: comfortable hiking footwear.

PRICE LIST

• 1–3 people or one family: €240; each additional person: €60. (Prices will be adjusted in 2026 in line with the inflation index.)

The price includes professional guidance and supervision during the observation.
