Teenager Quinn moves with her father to the small, sleepy town of Kettle Springs, unaware that the town has been divided ever since the Baypen factory shut down. On one side are the adults, determined to restore Kettle Springs to its former glory. On the other are the teenagers, who just want to have fun and bring the town into the future. As tensions rise, it seems the conflict could tear the town apart. But then Frendo, Baypen’s terrifying clown mascot, begins a murderous rampage, determined to eliminate the rebellious teenagers who now call the town home.
