3rd ARCHAEOLOGICAL WALK TO THE ST CATHERINE OVER THE NOVOKRACINE – 27 April
We will learn about one of the most beautiful hillforts in this part of Slovenia and the oral tradition associated with the archaeological site and the surrounding area.
The meeting point is in the car park under St Catherine's Church, between Jelšane and Novokračine at 15:00.
The hike is easy, so it is also suitable for children and the elderly. The climb up to St. Catherine takes 30 minutes of slow walking. The path is flat for most of the way, with only a little climb at the end. The hike is a bit longer due to the explanation.
Dogs are welcome companions.
Registrations are not essential, but are welcome so that I can let you know if the walk is cancelled due to force majeure or bad weather.
