It invites you to a special wine and culinary evening, where two outstanding wineries will compete in a friendly but serious duel:
Vina Marc from Vipava Valley and Klet Goriška Brda.
Their well-known chef Florjan will conduct the 5-course menu, with two wines by the glass at each course - anonymous, without labels.
You be the judges. You will decide which wine sings better with the plate. (Blind tasting, as it should be.)
The evening will be full of flavours, debates, surprises and those "aha!" moments when the wine says more than it says on the label.
Places are limited - so you are invited to be among the first.
